Orders usually ship 3-5 days after production starts. Shipping times and delivery dates may vary based on the local postal service. Domestic orders should arrive within 5-10 business days of shipping. We use various shipping partners, but final delivery is typically through USPS. You can pay extra for expedited shipping to get your order faster. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Final delivery is usually handled by the local postal service.

Customs and duty charges may apply to your order depending on the country of origin, size, weight, and/or value. The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Your customers will get a tracking link as soon as the order ships. They can also track their order through the "Track Order" function on your website. For domestic orders, USPS will handle final delivery and tracking. For international orders, tracking ends when the package reaches the customs agency in the destination country. Once the package is handed off to the customs agency, we consider it delivered. This means that items lost after that point are not eligible for a refund, but we may be able to provide a replacement depending on the circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and number of packages in the order. Larger products and extra items may have slight surcharges. The total shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page.

The BeyondT-Shirts Shipping Warranty protects your customers when they buy items from our platform. The warranty covers the condition of the items when they are delivered and ensures that your customers get what they ordered online. If the delivery of the item is not satisfactory, your customers can report the issue to BeyondT-Shirts and our team will decide if they are eligible for a refund or a replacement product.

Replacements and Refunds

Our replacement and refund policy applies to custom printed products that are flawed, have poor printing quality, or are significantly different from the product shown on the order screen.

To request a replacement, return, or refund, customers should contact our support team via email within 20 days of receiving their order. They can either email our store's support address or Contact Us

If a claim for a replacement, refund, or return is approved, we will take the necessary action as soon as possible. Refunds are typically processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on a customer's banking statement, depending on their payment method.

If we request that an item be returned to us, we will send the qualified refund or replacement to the customer after receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in perfect, unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

If you need a different size of the same design, style, and color that you originally ordered, you can request a size replacement within 20 business days of receiving your order. The size replacement costs $10 per item, including shipping. To assist you in selecting the right size, we've provided a sizing chart on most of our product pages. If you need help with sizing, don't hesitate to contact us via email or chat.

The $10 fee for a size replacement covers the costs of printing and shipping a new item. Many companies require you to return the original item before sending a replacement, but we don't. Once the size replacement process is complete, you can donate, share, or give away the original item.

Your replacement item will ship out within 3-5 business days of being processed. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary based on your local postal service. For domestic orders, final delivery and tracking are handled by USPS.

If you receive a product that is not as you ordered, we will either send a free replacement or refund your purchase. However, because our products are custom printed specifically for you, they are only eligible for replacement, return, or refund if they are flawed, have poor printing quality, or are significantly different from the product shown on the order screen.

We are unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:
  • The item(s) were printed as ordered and do not have a defect.
  • The return request has not been viewed and approved by our team before the item(s) are sent back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered or do not have the original tags.
  • The item(s) were marked as "Final Sale" during certain times of the year (such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick's Day) and a promo code was used.
  • Any refund requests due to misleading or false advertising will be deducted from the seller's profits.

Please note that Beyond T-Shirts reserves the right to make changes to descriptions that violate our terms of service or could have a negative impact on Beyond T-Shirts, customers, or sellers.
